Brookside Bluff Condominium Association was established in central Florida in  May of 1990 as a  Deed Restricted, gated and Adult (55+) community.  We are conveniently located in Central Florida, on route 17  (see our Driving Direction page) between Zolfo Springs and Arcadia, Florida.  
 
The community is governed by an elected board, has its own sewer plant and is home to 200+ residents.  The homes in the community are  manufactured homes, many with screened in porches, attached garages or cart sheds.   We are a gated community with full golf cart accessibility, limited motorized vehicle activity and we offer Low Monthly Maintenance Fees.  (2015 sample monthly rate for a single lot is $94.00) 
 
There are many activities within the park including exercise and dance classes, a workout area with weights and equipment, a full size pool, shuffle board, occasional dance or music activities, golf groups and outings, morning coffee and dinners with holiday festivities.  Monday mornings there is a coffee hour for social interaction and updates on park activities and then go fishing or picnicking in our picnic area adjacent to Charlie Creek.
 
From Brookside Bluff Condominiums you are provided with easy access to Florida's major attractions, warm gulf waters, and coastal beaches.
